I'm Matteo Barbero, a Designer currently working in the beautiful city of Milano. I work in Fincantieri, building a next-generation digital platform for the maritime industry.

About Me

I've 10 years experience in designing and building digital experiences for clients in various industries, such as Media, Sports, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Healthcare, and Travel.

I use design methods to define Business strategies, rethink Customer Experiences from the ground up and deliver world-class products and services, changing companies with human-centred innovation.

I'm currently a Head of Product & CX Design in Fincantieri working to launch a new AI-driven digital platform for the maritime industry with a customer-centric approach. In a past life, I led digital transformations in McKinsey & Co., and led design at Deltatre working across OTT platforms, AR/VR and web+app design for sports and media.
